QiSS KITEMARK UPDATE

Over the past 12 months, Premier Sport has been working hard to improve our already glowing reputation by becoming the first provider of its kind to be awarded with the quality in study support (QISS) kitemark.

Since being awarded with the prestigious award this summer, we have produced an in depth document for all franchisees regarding how they can utilise the QISS kitemark effectively, and as a result, increase the perception and income for their own business.

The Qiss kitemark has been very well received by all partners, including schools, local councils and all extended services departments that we work with. We are particularly noticing the open attitude displayed by representatives using public funding, like Extended Services, when they realise we implement these standards.

Typically, Premier Sport does not intend to stop there - we have already implemented strategies and goals to improve our service further and achieve the next stage of the QISS kitemark.

Whilst our franchisees are busy running their business and providing a quality service, behind the scenes we are working hard to continuously improve the brand name.
