Lawrence Dallaglio (MBE), Premier Sport Ambassador


Lawrence Dallaglio has won virtually every accolade available in the game of rugby, captaining his country as well as making up part of the victorious England World cup team of 2003.

Lawrence was widely regarded as the country’s best player, and was awarded an MBE for services to Rugby Union in the 2004 New Years Honours List.

Duncan Goodhew (MBE), Premier Sport Ambassador


Duncan Goodhew was captain of the Great Britain swim team at the 1980 Olympic Games, gold medalist in the 100 metres breaststroke and bronze medalist in the 4x100 metre medley relay.

Duncan set up and secured funding for the Youth Sport Trust, and his success with the Swimathon is well known – raising more than £22 million since its inception in 1988. He was awarded an MBE for services to sport in 1983.

Wendy Sly, Premier Sport Ambassador


Wendy Sly won the Olympic Silver medal running in the 3000 metres in the Los Angeles games of 1984.

Wendy continues to be involved in British athletics, mentoring some of the most talented young athletes in the country and helping them to develop into the stars of the future.

David Batch, Premier Sport Managing Director


David Batch founded Premier Sport in 1999 and has since seen nearly 100 franchised areas set up.

Seven years on the organisation boasts 300 coaches delivering sport in 1,500 schools per week, a figure that has doubled in the last year alone.

With 100,000 children EVERY WEEK attending an event, Premier Sport is now the largest coaching organisation of it's kind in the UK.

Melvyn Lusty, Premier Sport Chairman


Mel Lusty, the Premier Sport Chairman is known as one the UK's most successful franchisers. Mel has worked in franchising for over 25 years and is the former owner and Managing Director of Rainbow International.

Melvyn is currently serving on the board of the British Franchise Association (BFA) and was Chairman of the BFA from 2002-2003. He is also part of the team which owns and manages Chemex - a franchised distribution company with 88 franchises throughout the UK as well as master franchises throughout Europe.
