Premier Sport Coaches enjoy a training programme which is second to none in the industry. Ongoing support and personal development is enjoyed by all Premier Sport staff.
Because Premier Instructors are trained by teachers and regularly assessed to Ofsted standards, our staff have bridged the gap between teaching and coaching making them ‘fit for purpose’ to deliver a high standard of lessons in school.
Premier Sport coaches enjoy a six stage development programme which enhances their delivery and understanding of the sector they operate in.
To add to this, we have a multitude of training events through the year including NGB sports coaching awards, classroom management training and special educational needs training.
Many coaches don’t stay as just coaches; opportunities are available for coaches to become Premier Sport Franchisees, Area Coordinators or Mentors.
